Boat Party Gallipoli organizes private events on boats for those who want to celebrate a special occasion in the middle of the sea. Birthdays, hen parties, graduations, anniversaries, corporate team building: every event is customized to your needs, from boat choice to DJ set, from catering to decorations.

You have two options: VIBA (80 seats, ideal for groups 30-80 people) for a more intimate and electrifying experience, or MISTRAL (100 seats, ideal for groups 50-100 people) for a more majestic and ample event. In both cases the boat is entirely dedicated to your group, with dedicated DJ, aperitivo, swim stops and all the sea of Gallipoli at your disposal.

The large and majestic motorboat of the fleet. Wider decks, dedicated aperitivo area, open sea view on both sides. Ideal for high-end private events, large groups and those who want to experience the boat party with all the space in the world.

Private Events on a Boat.

How much does a private boat event cost? +

The price depends on chosen boat, duration, guest count and included services. Indicatively: VIBA from €1,500 for 3 hours, MISTRAL from €2,500 for 3 hours. Catering, decorations and dedicated DJ are customizable add-ons. Message us for a precise quote.

Which boat should I choose between VIBA and MISTRAL? +

VIBA (80 seats) is the right choice if you want an intimate and electrifying atmosphere, ideal for groups 30-80 people. MISTRAL (100 seats) is perfect for larger and more majestic events, with more deck space, dedicated aperitivo area, ideal for 50-100 people. We help you choose based on your group.

How long does a private event last? +

Standard duration is 3 hours. On request we can organize events from 2 hours (mini-event) up to all day (full-day charter). For weddings and long parties we recommend at least 4-5 hours.

Can I bring my own DJ or do I have to use yours? +

Both options are possible. On board we have a professional sound system and a roster of resident DJs (Alex De Salve, LUII, Samuele Trialz, PDS). If you prefer an external DJ, we can welcome them with their equipment.

When should I book? +

For the summer season (July-August) we recommend booking with at least 30-60 days notice, the best dates go fast. Low season (May, June, September) also 15-20 days before.

What happens if the weather is bad? +

If weather conditions are incompatible with navigation (strong wind, rough sea), we move the event to an alternative date agreed together. No penalty, no loss of deposit. Safety comes before the party.
