Refund Policy.

1. Right of withdrawal

As these are services relating to leisure activities with a specific date or period of performance (art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n) Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply after the booking has been confirmed.

2. Cancellation by the customer

The ticket is non-refundable after payment. Cancellation requests must be sent via email or WhatsApp:

• •Customer: no monetary refund in case of cancellation or withdrawal
• •Date change: may be evaluated only when requested in advance and subject to availability
• •No-show or late arrival: loss of the fee without refund

3. Cancellation by the organisation

In case of cancellation by the organisation due to weather, technical failures or force majeure, we offer free rescheduling to another date or a voucher equal to the amount paid. Monetary refunds are not provided.

4. Rescheduling method

Rescheduling and vouchers are communicated by email or WhatsApp after the organisation confirms the cancellation.

5. No-show

Failure to arrive at boarding by departure time results in total loss of the fee without right to refund or rescheduling.

6. On-board conduct

Early disembarkation due to inappropriate behaviour or breach of safety rules does not entitle to a refund (see Terms and Conditions).

7. Participation Conditions

Participation in the tour is conditional upon compliance with on-board rules and the skipper's instructions. Minors are admitted only if accompanied by a responsible adult. The carrier reserves the right not to admit on board persons in an evident state of psycho-physical alteration.

8. Lost Property

Items left on board can be collected at the Puglia info Tourist srls office within 30 days of the tour. After this period the carrier will no longer be responsible for custody. For requests contact us at info@boatpartygallipoli.com indicating the tour date and item description.

9. Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the tour date to the email address info@boatpartygallipoli.com. The Controller undertakes to reply within 30 days of receipt. The right to address the competent consumer-protection authorities remains unaffected.

10. Changes to the Refund Policy

Puglia info Tourist srls reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will apply to subsequent bookings.
