Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance

Using the site and booking a tour entails the full acceptance of these Terms. Those who do not accept cannot complete the booking.

2. Booking and Payment

The booking is finalised upon online payment (Stripe/SumUp). The price includes: seat on board, aperitivo, DJ set, swim stops, snorkelling equipment. It does not include any extras on board.

The user must show up 30 minutes before departure at the Port of Gallipoli with the digital ticket. Failure to arrive by departure time results in loss of the booking without refund.

3. Cancellation and Changes

For refund policies see Refund Policy. Date changes are subject to availability.

4. Bad Weather and Force Majeure

Passenger safety is the absolute priority. In case of cancellation by the organisation due to bad weather or force majeure, the customer may choose between free rescheduling to another date or a voucher equal to the amount paid. Monetary refunds are not provided.

5. On-Board Conduct

Responsible behaviour is required. The captain has the right to disembark passengers who endanger their own or others' safety (drunkenness, violent behaviour, breaches) without right to refund.

6. Liability

The carrier is covered by mandatory insurance for civil liability towards passengers. The user is responsible for personal items on board.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of the law of the Member State in which they have their habitual residence remain unaffected (art. 6 EU Reg. 593/2008 Rome I), as does the jurisdiction of the consumer forum (art. 66-bis Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005). For disputes between non-consumer parties, the Court of Lecce has exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Subject of the Service

Puglia info Tourist srls offers boat excursions, sunset boat parties, private events and related services along the coast of Gallipoli and Salento. The service has a maximum capacity of 95 passengers, a duration of 3 hours, with meeting point at the Port of Gallipoli.

9. Service Changes

Puglia info Tourist srls reserves the right to amend the itinerary, schedule or features of the tour for reasons of safety, weather/sea conditions or operational needs, providing timely notice to participants. Such changes do not entitle to a monetary refund.

10. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be amended at any time. Changes will be communicated by publication on the site and will apply to bookings made after the update.
