Gift card withdrawal

Did you buy a Viba Boat Party gift card online that is not tied to a specific date and has not been used yet? Under Art. 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the purchase date.

Enter the gift card code and the email used for the purchase: we will check eligibility and, after your confirmation, refund the original payment method within 14 days. Dated events are excluded from withdrawal (Art. 59).
